To provide a secure service, each attachment that interacts with the hiring system is scanned for threats. This includes files uploaded by both system users and applicants and files downloaded by the hiring team for review. This added layer of security ensures that working with all files in the Applicant Tracking System will be free of malicious content. If the file is clean, a user or applicant can continue with their operations as normal. If the file is found to have malicious content upon scanning, no further action can be taken and the system will block the uploading, opening, or downloading of it and a warning notification will be displayed.
