Applicant Files can be downloaded in bulk from the Applicant Queue of any job. A member of the hiring team can select an individual applicant or a group of applicants and elect to print those applicant files or they can download the entire queue. The "select all" checkbox will select all applicants on the first page. You can narrow down the applicants that appear in the Queue by using the Active Applicants Filter tool and then sort the results by clicking the Applicant Queue column headings.
Download Selected Files from the Applicant Queue
- Select one or more applicants from the Applicant Queue using the checkboxes.
- Click the Take Action button and select Download Selected Files.
- Click All Sections to print the entire Applicant File or choose one or more sections individually by clicking the corresponding checkbox.
- Click DOWNLOAD.
- Review the total number of selected applicant files to be downloaded and click CONFIRM DOWNLOAD to begin the export.
Download All Files from the Applicant Queue
- Click the Take Action button and select Download All Files.
- This download will include every applicant file for the Job including those with the Stages of Hired and Rejected that may not appear visually on the screen due to the Applicant Queue's default filters.
- Click All Sections to print the entire Applicant File or choose one or more sections individually by clicking the corresponding checkbox.
- Click DOWNLOAD.
- Review the total number of selected applicant files to be downloaded and click CONFIRM DOWNLOAD to begin the export.
The Applicant Files will be exported from your hiring system and will be delivered as an emailed link to open and download as a PDF. Depending on the number of Applicant Files requested and the size of the data, the download link may not be received immediately. When ready, you will receive an email notification with a link, which will expire after 30 days. The downloaded Applicant Files will be sorted in alphabetical order by last name and grouped in separate files with up to 25 applicants in each.
