Sending Part 2 requests in bulk can be done from the Applicant Queue of any job. A member of the hiring team can select one or more applicants and send individual emails to those applicants. The "select all" checkbox will select all applicants on the first page. To expand the number of records, use the page size drop-down to select 50 or 100 records per page. You can narrow down the applicants that appear in the Queue by using the "Active Applicants" stage filter and then sorting the results by clicking the Applicant Queue column headings.
Follow these steps to send Part 2 requests in bulk from the Applicant Queue:
- Select one or more applicants from the Applicant Queue using the checkboxes.
- Click the Take Action button and select Send Part 2.
- Review the message template.
- Avoid using names in the text field, as it will be seen by all recipients.
- Click SEND to confirm and the action will be recorded in the Stream of each selected applicant file . If any files were shown in bold text as unopened, they will be considered opened as an action was taken on their file.
Once the request is sent, the Part 2 icon will be outlined for all applicants who received a request. When the applicant completes the second part of the application, the Part 2 icon
will be filled in with color. The Applicant Files for each recipient will be updated in the Applicant Message tab and in the Stream tab to record all Part 2 interactions.
