New Features
- Utilize keywords to help analyze submitted applications. When creating job templates and posting jobs, up to 10 keywords can be associated with that position. The system will analyze resumes and display how well of a fit that applicant may be based on the designated keywords.
Improvements
- The New Hire message notification can be enabled by system users to receive notifications by email each time an inbound New Hire message is received by email or text.
- The Applicant Queue has been improved to include a lightning bolt icon indicating applicants with a strong keyword match.

An issue preventing a small percentage of new hires from submitting onboarding data was resolved.
