New Features

The system will now send out automatic applicant reminders to applicants to with follow up communications. The current supported helpers are Complete Part 2, Confirm interviews/events, Reminder of upcoming interviews/events, Complete job offer, and Complete onboarding documents.

Repeat applicant phone numbers are now tracked by the Previous Applicant Alert to identify applicants that have already applied to your organization by phone number as well as email address.

When scheduling an in-person interview/event, if the interview will be not be taking place at a location in your organization chart, the "Location" can be designated as "Other Location" enabling the hiring team to enter a custom address.

When scheduling an interview/event you can select a 45 minute duration.

The visual indicator of system-generated applicant tags, created from strong keyword matches and repeat applicants, will include a small robot avatar icon.

Job Requisition approvals can now be rerouted to another User. This can be useful if a requisition approval gets stuck in the process, for example if an approver is on vacation, because it allows the requisition to progress rather than get held up or abandoned.

Enabling the "Locations (by Name)" filter on your Career Site will allow job seekers to filter posted jobs by the location name. To turn this feature on go to the the "Careers Site" from the menu, "Career Site Filters" and click "Yes" from the "Locations (by Name)" drop-down.

The "Pending Requisition Indicator" will highlight any requisition that has been in the pending state for more than 7 days with a red calendar icon next to the status in the requisitions list. This allows Users to see at a glance which requisitions have been delayed, so corrective measures can be taken.
Improvements
- When printing Applicant Files, Users can now include Keywords. The Keyword section on the downloads will display the overall recommendation and the individual match score for each Keyword.
- To provide an enhanced audit trail, Stream entries in all Applicant Files, New Hire Files, job histories, and requisition histories will be time stamped with the exact time the action or event occurred.
- The "strong fit" keywords criteria to determine if an applicant is a strong fit has been adjusted to result in higher quality recommendations. Applicants will need more keyword matches to earn the strong fit recommendation. Learn more about Keywords.
- When canceling an interview/event, the entire cancellation message sent to the candidate is added to the applicant messages communications.
- When creating offer letter templates new "sender" fields can be inserted into the offer letter document: Pay Frequency, Travel Schedule, Offer Expiration Date, and Today's Date.
- The phrasing of Offer Letter types has been updated in the drop-down options to better indicate what they are:
- "Standard" is now called "Manual Upload" - Users can manually upload an Offer Letter for the applicant to fill out and reply back with an attachment.
- "PDF" is now called "Fillable Template" - Users can select a dynamic, interactive Offer Letter created in the system allowing applicants to open and complete the requested information directly in their browser.
- The mobile UI For Career Site filters has been enhanced. Applicants applying on mobile devices will have a more user friendly experience to make applying filters more intuitive.
Resolved Issues
- An issue where a small number of new hires were unable to be nudged to complete the onboarding process was resolved.
- An issue that caused downloads from the attachments section of an applicant file for resumes and cover letters to download without a file type resulting in unusable files was resolved.
- An issue that prevented the user from an applicant's flag in the talent grid was resolved.
- An issue that prevented a small number of customers from being able to create onboarding forms and offer letters was resolved.
- An issue causing uploaded files to download without a file extension was resolved.
