The "Take Action" button enables bulk actions to be performed from within a job's Applicant Queue. This time saving step eliminates the need to open the Applicant files individually for processing. Users and Teams assigned to a job can select one or more applicants from the Queue and then click "Take Action." The "select all" checkbox will only select all applicants on the page you are viewing. Expand the number of records shown by using the "Page Size" drop-down to select 50 or 100 records per page. You can then narrow down the applicants that appear in the Queue by using the Active Applicants filter and sorting the results by clicking the Applicant Queue column headings. The following options are available in the “Take Action” menu:
- Reject Applicant(s)
- Send Applicant Message(s)
- Send Part 2
- Schedule Event
- Mark as New
- Send Job Invite
- Add Applicant
- Download Selected Files
- Download All Files
